Hey there. We’re a married couple with a cat, looking for a roommate. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor. You’ll be renting out one room with a private bathroom. We have our own. The apartment is located in the Pembroke Pines / Miramar area — centrally located near many malls. The complex has a pool, gym, tennis court, and children’s playground. We’re looking for good, decent people. Couples are welcome. Rent for couples is $1500, with a $1500 deposit as well.
