Tiffany Has an Apartment for Rent

My life is uneventful and drama free, I am quiet and stay in my room a lot. I'm up early to get my daughter to school and am in bed by 11pm during the week. I don't have company usually and am home most of the time. The apartment is not always spotless and sometimes gets messy but I'll try to keep it minimal. There is a fee of $50 for a background check which needs to be done by the landlord in order to move in and once approved you will need to be added to my lease. I'm asking for first and last months rent and $150 deposit. You will have full access to the kitchen, living room, and the bathroom is shared. It might be a good idea to get your own personal fridge because mine is fairly small and usually full. If you need cabinet space I can make room. I have two small dogs who bark sometimes although I do my best to keep them quiet and are friendly when they get to know you. The room is unfurnished except for a dresser and queen size mattress on the floor that you can use or I can get rid of if necessary.
