Im 67 soon to be 68 widow wife died 5-11-26, don't smoke or drink i live in a 55 and over senior income base apartments new complex im the first one to live in my unit been here a year now have meet lots of good people that live here im a handy man to lots residents 1 dog chihuahua pug mix 11 lbs 1 year old have security cameras in place willing to put a lock to your room if requested don't have lots of visitors coming and going im clean neat and im hoping for the same if interested Im Hispanic would need to pass a background check apartment policy and credit check and around $1800 and $2200 monthly i just pay my rent everything else is included i have cox internet with Hulu and Netflix inquire if. interested looking for ASAP 4th floor unit with elevator
