So... Inflation is a thing and they raised property taxes. Therefore I've decided to consider a roonie into my peaceful little home the house is 5 beds and 2.5 baths at 2500 sq/ft. It's located near Brier Creek in a quiet little suburb. The kind of neighborhood where kids ride bikes and setup lemonade stands. I got 2 bedrooms available. So for $1100 you get a furnished bedroom and your own office, utilities included. Now if you don't actually need that much space, talk to me and we can talk. No lease and come and go as you please. As for me, I work from home and do geeky stuff. One room is a craft &gaming room. Anyways... Right now I'm just putting up ads seeing what sites are out there. The house needs to be prepped for showings and a few DIY repairs. Anyways... Peace!
