Karen is Looking for a Room to Rent

I am 33 years old with an 8 year old who I homeschool. I also have a 5 year old beagle who is well trained and has a calm lazy demeanor. I own a cleaning business that I am transferring here to Jacksonville due to my grandmother getting old and needing me here to help her. I am able to live a completely private life separately however I am also able to share out lives if that works for both of us. I clean houses for a living and am more than willing to do my share in chores and I am am amazing cook and love to do so.
