T is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

(Still setting this up. Currently unsure of when I’ll be able to move out of my current arrangement, so replies might be slow, sorry about that!) Fulltime college student. Regardless of employment status, I can guarantee family support for myself. Can dIscuss max highest rent. Not looking to pay for inessentials like “streaming services” but am fine helping out with internet and/or utilities as needed. I tend not to leave my room/space or socialize much. I don‘t care if you smoke or what you do as long as i can go to sleep nd get work done. Just keep it all consensual, safe, and be smart. No unnecessary drama and I appreciate clear communication + honesty more than anything. I‘m an occasional smoker (clean, discreet, use a filter even outdoors) due to a wrist injury that never healed right but can swap to non-smoking alternatives or do w/e to accomodate your prefs. I don‘t use any nic products and rarely ever drink (would prefer not rooming w/ those who drink heavily/frequently for safety.) I own all of my own stuff. I tend not to use or even decorate/spread out into common areas. I always clean up after myself + try to contribute where I can. Some various household repair skills a previous job as a general maintenance worker + past apartment/house experiences. I have no allergies but cat and dog dander/fur. We can also discuss accommodations + compatibility. I‘d like to meet a few times in person but I’m also fine with trial periods! “Other Other” = genderqueer guy, aroace*. (Not nonbinary, but there is no “custom” input.) I only use he/him and masc language. I prefer to room with similar people to avoid drama/disrespectful language.
