Karrin is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hello! I go by Rin for short! A house is ideal but I'm fine with whatever tbh. I've been a prek teacher for 3 years and worked at a hotel prior so I'm a very tidy person and do a lot of art/cosplay/gaming hobbies. I have a black kitty named Blair and a corn snake named Rosemary. I recently uprooted my life from Fort Collins but regrettably the relationship didn't work. I am 420 friendly but can take it outside. I make extra earnings from true crime book royalties as well which is what I'm currently living off of through this transition, ideally I want to find work nearby as I'm still a little unfamiliar with this area.
