I am from South Florida and am in Charlotte to finish up my Pre-Med degree. I am looking for something for September or August 1st until January. I work full-time, NON smoker, travel often and love hiking, theatre, parks! I am quiet and stay to myself and very clean! I am always on the GO so most times you won't hear me. I am NOT the party type or hanging out with roommates. We all have our own lives to live! I love dogs and making people smile and laugh. I am all about the good vibes and learning about different cultures and food! I am looking for a monthly room with utilities included and wifi. Public transportation accessible, Central Charlotte as I won't have my vehicle for these few months! I am looking for an affordable room furnished if possible so that I can save money to Thank you! I am open to background check and NO REALTORS/COMPANIES, SMOKERS, YES to PRIVATE landlords. I am willing to put down deposit to hold room.
