Jasmine is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hi, I'm a 26-year-old woman looking to cut some living expenses and hoping maybe to make a friend in the process. I am introverted and like to keep to myself, but I do warm up quickly in a judgment-free zone. I like to think of myself as an LGBTQIA+ ally and identify as a demisexual/bisexual demigirl myself (I'm not available). I am most comfortable with having a roommate who grew up around American culture so there are no misunderstandings due to cultural differences, but I don't mind any race. I am biracial Asian/white myself. I am autistic, and I tend to get along well with other neurodivergent people. I like to play video games and cook, as well as occasionally draw. I wouldn't describe myself as being necessarily tidy, but I do like clean, so I would do my best to cooperate in keeping the place clean - or at the very least keep the clutter to my own area! I can be a little loud sometimes when I am excited or passionate about something, but I generally like a quiet environment and am happy to have company whether in silence or in conversation. What I would be hoping for in a roommate is someone who also appreciates a peaceful home environment and who doesn't mind if I keep to myself but also isn't afraid to invite me for fun activities if they so wish. I don't smoke/vape or drink, and I don't really like to leave home outside of work unless there is something planned for the day. As a disclosure, I can struggle with having the motivation to do household chores on a consistent schedule. If my roommate doesn't mind either reminding me or having me pay more in rent for the inconvenience, that works for me. I like peace!
