Ryan is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hey there, I'm Ryan. I'm looking to keep rent around $800-900 each if feasible and splitting utilities even. I'm looking for a roommate who prefers living in a clean and peaceful environment. I cook often but keep up with cleaning the kitchen rigorously. I also have a cat who's a handful, but she's super sweet and has never met a stranger. I clean up after and empty her litter everyday to keep smells and messes to a minimum. I work full-time and am also a full-time student. The rare occasions that I'm not working, I like to go on hikes, or really go out and do anything in nature. I also play video games and like hanging out with my friends.
