Jay is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi! I’m Jay (she/they), 26, and I’m currently working at PetSmart while training to become a pet stylist. I have a deep passion for animals and zoology, and I share my space with two sweet indoor cats Pico and Reggie. I’m pretty tidy and like to keep common areas clean and comfortable. I’m a balanced mix of introvert and extrovert. I work outside the home most days and usually spend my evenings relaxing, gaming, or hanging out with my cats. I’m looking for a room or roommate situation in the Kansas City area, and I’m open to different neighborhoods. Ideally, I’d like to stay under $700/month. LGBTQ+ friendly is absolutely essential. I’m trans and I’d love a space where everyone feels safe and respected. Long-term is preferred, but I’m open to shorter-term options too.
