Dan is Looking for a House to Rent

Who I am: Hey, I’m Dan, and I might just be your next roommate. I’m a cook, a buddy to four-legged roomies, and a general-purpose nerd. Who you are: Kind, fun, or smart: pick two (or possibly three) of those. Age and gender are less relevant than being good company and an ability to pay the rent. What I want: Like most of us, I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home. I’m considering sharing a two- or three-bedroom apartment or renting a cozy bedroom in a house. I’m mostly looking around Leland or Southport, but I’d be willing to venture farther afield, assuming the commute’s reasonable. I’d like to be moved in by the end of September, so let’s not dilly-dally. I’m truly looking forward to meeting you and making an awesome home together.
