Cj is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hello! We are Cybil James Arwood, 24m (me) and Em Patt, 26nb (current roommate)! We are two friends looking for a room to rent together, preferably unfurnished since we are planning on purchasing our own separate beds. We are both queer, and looking for preferably another queer household or someone who is queer-friendly to room with! Our budget is about $1,000/month including utilities, and I have a consistent and steady income through SSI (as well as a long-term job). I am disabled, and homes with few stairs (or at least railings) are preferred. I have asthma and would prefer outdoor or non-smokers if possible! We are both artists, and enjoy drawing, gaming, and singing- however you do NOT have to hear that! I also really enjoy cooking, and would be happy to do so as a trade-off for living in your household! My cookbook collection is also shared if I live with you! I am very outgoing sometimes, however my roommate is very very introverted and keeps to themself. Despite this, we can both stay pretty much out of the way if needed, and tend to stay in our room most of the time anyway. We like to think we are both very respectable of other people and their space. We are okay with pets, and while we don't have pets of our own, I would really love to have a fish tank in the future if rules allow- so while not necessary, it would be a bonus.
