Philip is Looking for a Room to Rent

Grew up in Hamptons playing tennis, worked in publications at Conde Nast after being a psychology major at Stony Brook then moved to SoHo to work for Vanity Fair Magazine as an assistant. moved back to Long Island to work for a software company called Mindbody a cloud based software then after 3 years I moved to Greenport with a partner and got into real estate and promoted after a month to marketing for Sotheby's and helped all the agents on the North Fork. Worked and lived in Sotheby's for 5 years then moved back to the city to the financial district with my miniature schnauzer. Purebred 13lbs professionally and personally trained. Doesn't bark unless he senses something abnormal. Isn't one of those yappy dogs. Very friendly clean hypoallergenic and travels and goes with me everywhere. I'm also a very clean person who likes to keep to myself and will be more than happy to help out if needed or asked. I just turned 37 in August, sold our family home in Southampton but I'm just looking for a room right now and am able and responsible to pay rent always on time.
