Sean is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hello! My name is Sean and I am looking for a roommate for the upcoming next year. I am someone who prioritizes cleanliness as well as boundaries in the home. While I dont have any pets, I dont mind them at all (and am interested in getting a cat for myself!) I enjoy the arts of all variety (i sometimes paint in my freetime), and love going on nature walks. I am very much a homebody who enjoys quiet spaces, however I do appreciate a fun and energetic atmosphere. Apartment wise, I am looking for an unfurnished 2/2 apartment, my price max is $750. I have a couple places in mind that look nice, however i am open to looking at other places. I'm hoping to meet someone I can be friends with before officially moving in together. **Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and smoke friendly!**
