David is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm a 38-year-old guy who works full time in Oakleigh and Prahran. I'm a clean, approachable, progressive, quite introverted person who respects other peoples needs and always happy to accommodate to them. I previously worked as a fully Qualified Carpenter and have 10 years of experience as a All-round builder and am very handy fixing small issues and diagnosing property issues if needed. One aspect of my current job is being a handyman for many different circumstances. I love pets but don't have one myself. I'm a hobby musician playing and recording guitar but only work in headphone to not create noise pollution for others. I'm after a haven where I can unwind after a busy day and very self sufficient.
