Currently have a lease through October, but looking to break it early (moved from out of state and had to get a place last minute - don't love it there). Currently paying around $1500/month. Wanting to work on building my savings, so would like to pay closer to $1000/month. No preference to the amount of roommates. I don't specifically care to live in Aurora, but would like to stay within about 30 minutes. I work as a Recreation Coordinator for the City of Aurora, so should stay pretty busy through the summer. I enjoy running, hiking, and camping. I have two adult cats (that initially are hesitant to new pets, but learn to get along with them over time - they've lived with a dog and cats previously). I like to keep my area fairly neat and organized, but I'm not obsessive about others keeping their areas 100 all of the time. I don't smoke/ drink, but not bothered by others that do.
