Amijane Needs a House

I have 1 small dog and my children are grown and living on their own. I am clean and quiet, I don't have parties and rarely have visitors, I am a full tine student with self employment income as well as student loans, my dog is a small 5yr old Dachshund, standard. She is not at all aggressive she loves everyone and loves to play fetch. Although she may venture over to get pets and feels we do generally keep to ourselves, we like people I'm just an introvert, although once I get to know someone I can be extroverted.... oh and forgot to mention my little lovie is completely house broken, she doesn't chew or bite or scratch, no puppy pads and no accidents as she gets ashamed of herself at the mere mention of the literal 1 accident she had in her whole life.. she was really sick it was not even her fault she couldn't help it.....But anyhow she's a very well behaved dog and we always clean up after ourselves both inside and out...cause nobody wants to be enjoying the great outdoors and bam step in some dog stuff thus completely wrecking that experience.... now do they?? Anyways we are just a couple of pretty chill girls here looking to find a room to rent as we are in the middle of divorcing daddy....😊 It's not messy and has been long time coming so won't have to deal with drama either fyi.
