Joe Has a House

The 5BR / 3Bath house is near Westside Park. The room are private and have a shared bath. These rooms are on the top floor. Each of the room as a closet and a window and is rather large. The lower Floor has a very large living room kitchen and dinning area ( all open space). The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances for cooking (stove, oven over the range microwave, 2 refrigerators, Dishwasher, Air Fryer and coffee maker) and also some cups , plates, pans and anything you need for food prep. The same lower floor has both patio and deck on each side of the floor. There is no smoking in the house / rooms so you can seat on the Deck /Patio . The large open space Kitchen/ dinning/living room has large windows and also a lot of ceiling lights. The house is equipped with 2 x HVAC- so each of the floors has it's own system for cooling / heating. Living room has a TV and also a comfortable sofa sofa and chairs and table. Dining area has a table with chairs for 6 people. Room is available right now and payment can be weekly. No credit requirement but background check is required.
