27 y/o gal, looking for a neat and tidy roomie to split rent with, somewhere in the local vicinity of Budd Lake NJ. Open to living with a gal or guy. Not preferencial in that regard. I am neat and tidy but not ocd about it. Would appreciate someone with a similar desire for cleanliness. I am pet friendly if your pet is good with dogs as I'd like to have my dog visit from time to time. Brownie points if youre an empath that can sense when to give someone time and space to recharge their rapidly drained social battery.I am nicotine, alcohol and 420 friendly, but please no narcotics. Also would appreciate someone who's consumption of these substances does not horrifically impair their use of common decency while under the influence. I'm open to living with introverts and ambiverts. I work 40 hrs a week so dealing with me won't be a socially burdensome.
