I am a 25 year old man looking for roommates for a year lease starting in January (dates flexible). I work in Frankenmuth 5 days a week including weekends. Rent is currently $450/mo but can be $300/mo with a third roommate. Unit is a 3 bedroom 1&1/2 bathroom in a quiet cul-de-sac. Sliding door to shared deck and large backyard (unit is a duplex). Ample parking for up to four cars with an attached one car garage. Rooms and full bathroom are upstairs, unit also has a basement with a washer/dryer hookup. Updated kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and garbage disposal. Unit has central heating and cooling, snow removal/lawn care are included.
