Sebastian Needs an Apartment

Im a fashion design student currently living in Montclait NJ. Looking to rent/sublet a room anywhere from Chelsea to fidi. Trying to move into the city around January 15th or February 1st. Im a very active guy that worksout every day, also enjoy running, skiing, hiking and other oudoor activities. I will be working most of the days or at school. I like to keep my spaces very clean and organize. Food is one of my big loves and enjoy cooking, especially baking so you can expect and treat on the counter often. I would like to find a roommate that is very chill and clean. Someone that can give feedback and talk about things that are bothering them. To me communication is key and believe that some issues are easier to handle if you talk about it soon.
