Jeron Needs a Place

To whom this may concern, my name is Jeron and I'm very interested in the room you have for rent. I'm a 27yo male working professional and student looking for a quiet place to lay my head at night. I work a steady job part-time at the moment looking to go fulltime for the right position. I'm also pursuing my bachelor's degree in graphic design from Full Sail University through an online curriculum. Currently my working hours are 7am till 12pm or 3am to 3pm if we have significant snowfall during the winter season ( I work as a heavy equipment operator and I clear snow off the runways among other labor intensive tasks). I have no problem contributing to anything that will keep the household cordial and friendly and clean. I'll clean up after myself I'll do chores, I wash my sheets and clothes once every 2 weeks and clothes once a week. I have my own reliable transportation, I'm quiet more liberal leaning politically if that matters, and don't smoke, drink do drugs or gamble, the only vice I have is gaming with friends.
