Rad events free near a block or 10 away. Downtown Denver is five minutes away via lightrail. Sports Authority is in walking distance. Public library is a block away. Literally, everything you need is in walking distance. My place is good for adults: singles, artists, athletes, students, and professional businessmen and businesswoman who are here to work. If you have nothing to do we may struggle in space.
