Rebecca Has an Apartment

Our apartment is very spacious and will truly feel like your home away from home. Your room is located on the first floor, equipped with air conditioning, your own bathroom, your own medium fridge, desk, Keurig coffee machine, a queen-sized bed, clean sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and other essentials, as well as access to our kitchen. We also provide you with a parking spot so that you never have to park on the main street but rather in the back private parking lot. We are happy to provide this accommodation for our guests considering it’s LA, and parking can be incredibly difficult. Our room is on the second floor, therefore there is plenty of privacy for all of us. We live in a family-oriented neighborhood, that is 12 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles, 14 minutes from Dodger Stadium, and 6 minutes from Cal State LA. It is walking distance from several food markets, restaurants, liquor stores, etc.. Most people tell us that they don't want to leave our place for they get very comfortable in our home. A little bit about us (your hosts): My fiancé's name is Richie and mine is Becca. We have lived in El Sereno for several years and are both Los Angeles natives who work in the entertainment industry. We both speak English and Spanish and have traveled all over the world. Not to mention, we love to meet people from out of town to show them our beautiful city. Another service we provide to make your trip as safe and comfortable as possible, is you can request we pick you up from the airport/bus/train station for a $60 fee. PAYMENT: must pre-pay at least a week prior to your arrival to secure your reservation. I will send you a payment request via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle or PayPal. You may also pay cash at first day of arrival but you need to ASSURE me that you are showing up. Excited to meet you and book your stay!
