Annie Has a House

Our home locates in Rancho Palos Verde, one of the most affluent, beautiful and safe neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Our neighbors are all friendly and very respectful. Space: There are 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms in total and the two bedrooms shown in picture are for rent :) Both bedrooms have beautiful view, ample sunlight, private & quiet with comfortable bed, drawers, study desks and large closet, along with spacious shared bedroom right outside of your room. About us: We have two adult children who both graduated from top universities and now live quite close from our house too. We love hosting international or local students as our home is very close Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Chadwick. We can offer daily breakfast and dinner, and all three meals on weekends and holidays if you'd like. We also enjoy taking our student house guests to the beautiful beaches since we have a car. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property. Location: Our home is a few minutes from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Chadwick School. It is only 12 miles southwest of Los Angeles Airport, 2 miles from the city center and shopping mall with great restaurants, movie theaters and art center, within 4 miles from the biggest mall in Los Angeles. Some of the best beaches in LA are all within a 5 miles radius. We are ideally looking for longterm tenants (> 6 months), but minimum stay is 7 days. We offer discounts for >30 days monthly stays.
