Mark Has a House

I have a single level 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house and attach guest house. I offer Cozy room #1 faces west with plenty of natural light, the has a hardwood floors, queen size bed, desk and chair that could accommodate up to guests. Cozy room 2 has side garden view and is perfect for two friends that don't want share a bed, the has hardwood floors, two twin beds ( trundle day bed ) desk and chair both room have a shared bathroom with home owner. Guest studio is perfect for 1 person, but it could accommodate 2 guest sleeping on the same full size futon. It's completely private with its own private entrance, Studio has bathroom, kitchenette has microwave, hot plate, small refrigerator, coffee maker and hot tea kennel no stove or oven. If your traveling group is more than 4 please let me know, you could book one of the cozy rooms in the main house and the other guests can sleep on a comfortable Leather sectional in the living room The Neighborhood has plenty of unrestricted street parking and a small neighborhood park (green space) The main house has large kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. dinning room has direct access to a beautiful backyard with outdoor seating (patio furniture) The Neighborhood Close to public transportation in all directions. Bus stops just around the corner. Short drive to Hollywood (Walk Of Fame), Santa Monica and Venice Beach, Malibu, Griffith Park Observatory, Down Town LA and more! Other nearby attractions include: Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, Paramount Studios, Warner Brothers Studios, Miracle Mile, fun Museums! Famous Landmarks and Hollywood Tours, Hollywood sign, Runyon Canyon (for hikes). Plus, every Sunday there's a charming little farmer's market in Studio City Check in time after 3PM Check out time by 11AM Please remove your shoes for the main house and no smoking or drugs.
