Heidi Needs an Apartment

Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bdrm apt with (I'm a female). I have high standards in living and am looking for a special place thats also under market cost. I have 3 months to look and will put in a good effort in searching. I am only interested in something with large bedrooms, good light, and near the subway. I can move anytime between now and July 1. Looking for a 2 bdrm in the 2,400-$3,000 range. Im looking in areas around Prospect Park and up to Ridgewood and Midwood. Ive had good luck in the past and always found a nice apt. Some things I prioritize in an apt. are *lots of light, and *large bedrooms and dont prefer those new construction buildings with cheap fixtures and small rooms. The same thing I offer as a roommate is what Im looking for in a roommate. Im the kind of person who is aware of my surroundings and how I make people feel. Im conscientious about cleaning up after myself pretty quickly after I cook, take out food, or use the bathroom. Id like to set up a cleaning arrangement where we both take care of the space regularly and clean, take out trash etc.. Im comfortable being quiet while in the same room together or having a nice convo, I like both and try to judge wether a person is in the mood to chat or not. I am respectful of space and vibe. I dont like having the TV on a lot in the common space and not interested in paying for cable tv. I like having lots of plants around, some art, and organized good vibes. I love to cook, eat healthy and would be happy to share some meals or cook for you if you pitch in for groceries. As for guests, I dont think its fair to have an overnight guest regularly that shares the common spaces, although once on the weekend every now and then is fine. I dont want a party place although a dinner party or summer BBQ would be great to share with a roomie and their cool friends. 420 friendly but not interested in living with a stoner and having bongs in the living room lol. I'm in my 40's and am an artist and professional, I work out of the house M-F 8am-5pm. Id prefer to live with someone who also works out of the house.
