Molly Needs an Apartment

Hi! I’m Molly, I just turned 30 and am looking to join a 2-4 bedroom apartment (lease takeover, LONG-term sublet) or find girls to live with! I currently live in Williamsburg. I am looking to move July 1st but am open to move earlier. My budget is $1,600 and my move-in date is ideally July 1st (but can be flexible location, size, layout/design, etc)! I work in Manhattan as an EA in commercial real estate. I go into the office Monday-Thursday and WFH on Friday. I’m a very respectful, easygoing, clean, and tidy person (particularly in shared spaces) and would love to have a roommate w/ the same mindset! I would LOVE to become good friends with my roommates and explore our neighborhood together. I enjoy meeting new people, trying new bars/restaurants, and am typically down for anything else the city has to offer. I don't have any pets but would love if my roomate had a fur baby.
