Tim Needs an Apartment

42-year-old cis gay male; unable to work a conventional job, but have a very reliable income and very qualified co-signer. Into gaming; music; arts; anime; audiobooks; movies (especially horror); don’t get out much due to social anxiety, but am friendly and don’t avoid or neglect roommates that I get along with (unless they want me to)…and I do like to go out occasionally (depends on where and what for, mostly…also how I’m feeling); and I enjoy domestic type stuff (cooking; decorating; and I prefer to be clean and organized…but not excessively, and sometimes depression and anxiety make various mundane tasks difficult…but I’m always determined to do my share). I have a small emotional support dog. She’s a Chipoo (chihuahua/toy poodle), and she’s very friendly and well-behaved. Haven’t had her around other animals, really, so I don’t know exactly how she’d be with them. She’s totally fine at the vet and groomer, tho…so she’d probably be okay around another friendly pet. I’d prefer not to test that…but it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m pretty laid-back, and with roommates, I prefer to work out any conflict quickly and maturely. I currently live in Kentucky, but am trying to get back to my home state of Oregon, and close to my best friend in Medford (I do have a car…so anything within a 45-minute or so drive would be okay. The closer, the better, tho. I’d prefer to find a place with someone who is also currently looking for a place, so that it’ll start out 50/50, and remain that way. I’m willing to rent a room from someone if necessary…but I’d rather not have the additional stress of feeling like a guest in someone else’s home. I don't smoke, but I do vape, and will do so indoors. There's no smell of any kind, and no external negative effects to vaping (e-cigs) indoors like there is with smoking...if you smoke, I'm fine with it outside. As for drinking... I rarely do, but don't mind if you do, as long as it doesn't cause any problems. 4:20 friendly, but don't partake myself. If u occasionally do some other recreational "stuff"... I'm cool with that, too...but none of the hard stuff...and if it becomes a problem, that will be a dealbreaker. I’m looking for someone who’s reliable; responsible; laid-back, but clean and respectful. No homophobes obviously (or transphobes, even tho I’m not trans)…let’s just say no bigots. No kids or couples. Sorry…I have anxiety disorders, and all I can handle without feeling overwhelmed is one roommate. Anyway... I could go on, but I think this is enough to give u a basic idea of who I am and how I live. If u think we'd be able to live in the same place peacefully, hit me up and we'll talk.
