Amber Has a House

The area is located in Tarkington prairie TX. Me and my wife are looking for someone to rent this room. Important Note: If you do rent you'll be living in the same house as us, the room is connected to the kitchen it is relatively private, we live Out in the country. If you're looking for a peaceful place that is quiet, where you won't be bothered much then this is the right place for you. We have two dogs and two cats, so hopefully you're an animal lover. The room comes with everything you see, but if you have your own furniture you can try to bring it but we don't have a whole lot of room. A little bit about us: We're both in our mid 20s, and we're both pretty easy going people. We don't like conflict, and we both try to be as least judgmental as possible. We both love to workout, and if you're interested there's a gym about 5 minutes down the road from this location. All in all we're pretty chill people. We're easy to get along with, no conversation is too weird. With that being said there are a few requirements to be able to rent the room; you must have a job, and you must have some sort of vehicle to get yourself to places. We will not put up with any kinda of drug use unless it is medically required, drinking is ok but not everyday. No smoking, No pets, No Hoes, and No F- Boys. No Felons, and no Kids. So if all of that sounds agreeable, the room is $400 a month and that's all bills paid. No down payments required and in case you're wondering yes there is a bathroom, and a place to do your laundry. You can use the kitchen if you need it, the place is sitting on almost 3 acres of peaceful country side. Please note: this is private property, and it is protected by cameras as shown on the pictures. This for our security and the security of anyone who chooses to rent from us.
