Sarah Needs a Room

I'm a mature, quiet, self-sufficient person with a full-time job in the veterinary field (regular office hours). I've been living in the Fair Hill/Childs area since 2011, and work in Oxford, PA, and am looking for anything in the surrounding areas. I'm looking for housing due to the breakup of a marriage; currently staying with a friend, but it's not a permanent solution. I need a room, preferably unfurnished, in a house with a yard, or to team up with someone similar and rent a house. I'd mostly be around only in the evenings and weekends, since I walk/hike for at least an hour nearly every day after work (come home, get the dog, go out). When at home, I spend most of my time reading, playing computer games, etc in my room. My dog is middle aged, small, and well-trained (I compete in dog agility with him), and is accustomed to staying in my room while I'm at work. He lived with large dogs for many years and gets on well with most other dogs once he knows them. The cat is elderly & will 100% stay in my bedroom; he's accustomed to that. I clean his litterbox daily & trim his claws regularly so he doesn't scratch things up. In other words, they won't bother you. I get along well with people of all ages and walks of life, and am open to sharing a home with/renting a room from folks of any age/gender/orientation; however I'm most comfortable with women (any orientation) and/or gay men. However, I doubt it will work for me to share living space with with someone who worships Donald Trump. 100% open to sharing with other pet owners, any type of pet, as long as pets are well cared for & dog(s) non-aggressive. Last but not least, I'm accustomed to helping with both interior and exterior (e.g mowing etc)home upkeep.
