Ben Needs an Apartment

Thoughts? I am a working professional/grad student who recently moved to NY from Canada for work. I am completing my final PhD (Clinical Developmental Psychology) year as a Child Psychology resident at a Northwell Health hospital (Cohen Children's Medical Center) in Queens. I will be spending the majority of this year working at the hospital, completing my PhD dissertation research, and spending time some weekends in the city. I am hoping to rent an affordable unit/room close to the Q46 bus line (by Union Tpyke). I will spend the majority of this year working at the hospital, completing my PhD dissertation research at home, and going into the city for some weekends. Looking for mature working professionals who are quiet and respectful roomate(s).
