Vanessa Has a House

I am a working marketing professional with a 1 year old son. On weekends, I tutor English to young children under 12. My newly renovated, clean and comfortable house is centrally located in Ajax, a very bike-able area with dedicated bike lanes. It is a 5 minute walk away from the busy stop and within a 5 minute drive from the major highway (401) so it's convenient to get around the Greater Toronto Area! The bedroom located in the basement is fully furnished with new furniture and is accessible through a private side entrance. Guest will have access to the kitchenette, living room, dining area, and bathroom that sometimes may be shared with short term house guests. Light breakfast is available for self-serve. One free parking is available on the driveway. High speed wifi, workstation in bedroom. Laundry available once a week. Within an hour commute through public transit are: - Centennial College - Durham College - Ontario Tech University (UOIT) - Trent University Durham GTA We are an English speaking household.
