Few minutes' walk to Coop store, Sobeys, Tim Hortons, A&W, Dominos, restaurants and pub. The community has lake amenities, lawn tennis, volleyball, and barbecue rental at the park. Me and my wife lives here. The house is near a bus stop going to Somersert-Bridlewood train station. There is also a bus station nearby going to downtown Calgary. The house is 5 minutes' drive to South Health Campus hospital. Light breakfast is provided daily.
