Emma Needs a House

I’m Emma, I’m 17, turning 18 end of September. I just graduated high school this spring with a sophomore in college standing. I’m relatively neat, always pick up after myself and used to deep cleaning my environment on a weekly basis. I know my age can make some unsure but I’ve always been told I’m mature for my age. I have two jobs, first one is in food service, I’ve been there for over a year and a half (working full time for a year of that time) and the second job I will be working part time starting October, I will be working 50 hours total so I will be out of the house most of the time, and when I’m in I’m super quiet and introverted, you won’t even know I’m there, although I’m all for bonding with people. I’d like to spend no more than 700-750 including utilities. I have a 2 bedroom house in mind in Fairview but I will need another roommate before I go for it. It’s 1545 a month so if you are interested in splitting it three ways with me and another person, let me know. Two would share a bedroom or I would make a private room with curtains in the living room, we can discuss details if interested. We would both be gone all day and relatively quite during the night.
