This home is centrally located to lots of businesses, has a beautiful trail outside the neighborhood, easy commute and wonderful community. Utilities are split with the other tenants. There is a room on the first & third floor, each has its own bathroom and has secured electronic combination lock. Everything on second floor is common space to all tenants. The home holds three tenants. Theirs is one currently so 2 rooms are open. *this is a single occupy, you are not allowed to have a guest every night! This is not a hotel. *there is a bed in room that can be removed, there is no mattress or box spring. There is a tv mount for a tv. *$ non refundable deposit. For walls, use of bed, cleaning/dusting in bathroom upon moving out. (You are still responsible for damaged carpet).
