Private bedroom w/own bath. Very close to the Gulf/Manasota Key. Queen size bed, large bureau w/mirror, nightstand, and closet space. The room has a 55“mounted TV. High Speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube Premium, Hulu included. Also, you'll have your own fridge and microwave. You will have full access to the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (with garbage disposal and dishwasher.) Cooking access, your own kitchen cabinet space. Please no slobs, drunks (social drinker are okay), or druggies. 420 Okay. Retired Master Chef. I live on a dead-end street in Englewood, FL that's quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Not sure if this is close enough for you. I live up North as well. No pets please. I'm looking for a male roomie. Single occupancy ONLY. Very easy going/No drama here.
