TRYISTAN Needs an Apartment

well it's difficult to find a low budget rental unit. so in this case I'd like to find someone whom is a bit similar to my habits someone that has a job or on odsp /ow. particularly I'd like to be on the mountain somewhere and that's close to a foodbasics or area with commercial buildings...I'm hopingfor a roommate that likes space and has an interest to go outside Atleast once a day easy to get along with fair sense of humour and doesn't expect much if anything from me out we can make deals like I cook this time and you do dishes or vise versa. at lease a parking spot for 1 vehicle. somewhere there is a main street with public transit hsr. I'm making this move becuz I have alot of experience living on my own with 2 dependent cats and I plan to bring with me or go to SPCA. I'd like to also retreat from the last place as I was subletting with good shepherd and they barely helped me keep my apartment safe and secure and everything that was included it looked like a 50~60 year style with the landlord coming over Becuase of mod I didn't know about probably because the cats as I'm on odsp but I had a full time job that represents a part time job as a cleaner at a non profit organizationthat wasn't paying for to much and took alot of time.e from cleaning and caring for my cats. I'm currently under supervision of hospital because my life and apartment let someone random into the building with out keys even tho it was a new 2month old rule I suppose not everyone understood. on top of that...I had maintenance issues and tried to address them with goodshepherd to contact the landlord so I was unprepared and they showed up with out 24hour notice, I'd assume good shepherd did not inform them so they picked up slack and knocked on my door to care about the problem..due to the cats and some bad habits I picked up from since I was a teenager..I've changed over the years and have court soon about a taxi driver and he threatened my life then tried to run me over with the vehicle in an entrants alley to back of building apartment. I feel I can win this court case Becuase I'm a victim of assault then death threat then attempt murder with a blue line taxi. hope that doesn't scare off everyone and let you know I hit some lows and trying to recover. quitting cigarettes and cannabis would be great I love going on hikes in the wilderness and making friends is what I like to do but realized not everyone can be. I'm generally a quiet Tenant if we can only accept people we know for years to come and visit. I plan to get back into college if possible or I might find a job somewhere with an agency (path employment) or somewhere cleaning or trying to make my own business helping people relax with massage therapy or working odd jobs as I use to have but was destroyed my construction graduation diploma...I'm fairly honest like anyone els I won't put up with rules broken that we both agreed to then work towards our goals. a friend in need is a friend in deed and a friend with weed is better..I like cooking and cleaning so as long as your partly like this whole about me section then that would be great I'm non judgemental but I'll definitely call out what I disapprove of like smoking is kinda shitty in someways like hotboxing the whole apartment then we gota find a way to fix that it'll become a problem for both of us I'd assume. hit me up if you'd like to learn more..I'm in decent shape concerning all the life long work and sports and schooling I've completed...not a look down my noisiest people but once again non judgement and willing to accept some differences and agree to disagree on some things. I'm single but also complicated at times.es so I'm comfortable explaining myself for your sake...
