Meshaigia Has a Townhouse

35 year old female. I work full time. I am also in school. I’m a homebody but I do travel to Raleigh often to visit family. Looking to save on some money by splitting bills. I am a lesbian. So if that’s an issue then we won’t be a match. I am also 420 friendly so if that’s an issue, again we won’t be a match. I have no kids. I have no pets. I have a dresser and queen sized bed in my 2nd bedroom. You’d need a tv. Looking to split the rent $1025. The utilities are all one bill which has been running $180 a month so far. So splitting that as well. I also have internet that includes HBO. That’s normally about $100 so I’d like to split that as well. I don’t have a lot of kitchenware but free range of the kitchen of course. We can buy our own food. I mostly eat out bc it’s cheaper. Parking is right in front of the townhome. There are no amenities. The floors are plank everywhere except the stairs. Shared bathrooms. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. You must be able to cover your own bills. Also, I am looking for someone who would possibly want to take over the lease. I am waiting to hear back from a job offer and that would relocate me to Charlotte. At minimum, I’d need a roommate through the end of my lease on 2/29/24.
