Tonianne Needs an Apartment

I'm 23 years old, queer, and my pronouns are she/her. I'm looking for a place in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or anywhere near the ferry route since that'll take me right to my job and it'd be a dream to commute by boat! I'm looking for anti-racist LGBT-friendly individuals who are communicative and respectful. Some things I enjoy - eating food, listening to music, watching shows, and playing video/computer games. I love being around lots of people without the obligation of actively socializing. I'm pretty relaxed about cleaning but I like to keep an organized, clean space, it gives a better vibe and headspace. Chatting and hanging out would be nice! I'd love to have roommates that I click with, but I'm cool with whatever the vibe is so it's up to them, and I do also like my alone time to just totally veg out. I have a very cute angel of a ferret (his name is Vin Weasel), he's descented, quiet, potty trained, great with other animals (he's lived with dogs before), and perfectly behaved. He's always in his cage when I'm not there and I keep it clean so there's no scent, I'm good with having him only in my room if my roommates would prefer :) my work schedule will be a pretty typical M-F on-site one, I don't work from home.
