Welcome to "Brickell Havana"! This building is a high end new building (completed 2019). This is a bedroom for rent in a large 2 bedroom/2 bathroom new apartment. This will be a MONTH TO MONTH roommate agreement. I will be living in the 2nd bedroom, but I travel frequently. This apartment is located on the top floor of the building with an amazing view of downtown, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, and Coral Gables. The building has many luxury amenities including: - Pool/Jacuzzi/BBQ party deck - 9th floor games room and giant party hosting terrace overlooking the river and downtown. - Gym and fitness center - Sauna - Secure indoor parking The apartment comes fully furnished with all necessities including wifi and power. If you have any specific requests for furnishings or amenities, we will be happy to accommodate. Little Havana is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Miami! The Calle Ocho walk of fame is vibrant and full of Cuban culture. Brickell and Wynwood are a 5 minute drive or less distance. South Beach and Coconut Grove and Coral Gables are all within 10 - 15 minutes drive! This neighborhood is perfectly located in the heart of Miami's vibrant culture.
