Juliet Needs an Apartment

Even though Im only 18 I am really responsible. I mention this because some might be hesitant in wanting to seriously find an apartment with me and rent together. Im currently under a lease and roommating with two other people however once our lease ends in February 2024 we will all be going our separate ways since we all have our different goals and we will not renew our lease in this apartment due to safety issues within the apartment. Thats why Im looking for a roommate that will be able to move out and rent in a different apartment for a lengthy time in upper New jersey, like around Lodi, Garfield, Montclair, those areas. I honestly personally think Im a great person to roommate with, my roommates can vouch for me as well. Im a great communicator, understanding, clean, organized, kind. I geninuely just want to find an apartment I can call home for 2 years at least and find a roommate who is responsible and committed as well to the term of the lease. As of right now I understand looking for a roommate might not be realistic since I wont be ready to move til February 2024. However whoever is trying to rent during that time is welcome to reach out to me, as of right now we can communicate, get to know each other and become friends so when the time comes to rent and move it can be a easier transition when moving in together.
