Ej Needs a House

I'm a 56 year old mother & grandmother on disability. My kids are all grown. I'm quiet, respectful & keep to myself. I keep my living areas clean. I rarely drink alcohol but don't mind others who do drink. My grandkids are my world. I have no pets. I do smoke at this time but only outside. Planning to quit again very soon lol anyway I need to rent a room due to going through a divorce and walked away without anything by choice. I became disabled during the marriage and have had back surgery. I'm completely mobile but limited on strenuous work. My income is fixed but I do help a friend once a week with cleanings.
