Victoria's Condo

This is a second floor condominium in a nice quiet complex. You would be rooming with myself and my two cats. We are in the other bedroom and bathroom. The area is safe and clean. I have never have an issue with bugs or uncomfortable situations. It is a gated community with a gorgeous pool, hot tub, fitness center and club house. The unit itself has a washer and dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bathroom is a full bath. I would prefer a female roommate in their late 20s, early 30s as I am 30 myself and ideally no pets but is okay with pets. Smoke free indoors. The place is right near the interstate and close to the desert ridge area. Balcony has a gorgeous view. I also have Wi-Fi set up including a security system. Happy to answer any questions!
