Nikolaus Needs an Apartment

Good afternoon, Hope you are doing well. I am newish to the area and am looking for housing to help establish residency, I am currently renting a tiny home from a friend but the property it is parked on is being sold so i need to find a new residence. I have a stable income through a VA disability stipend and good references, no pets (some house plants,) don't drink or use tobacco. I usually prefer quiet evenings with reading, video games, or movies, but also enjoy group gatherings, game nights, and cooking with/for others. Also prefer to leave shared spaces the same or cleaner than I found them, and enjoy keeping spaces presentable. Other activities I enjoy are taking care of my house plants, hiking, biking, camping, and gardening. If you think this may be a good fit I'd love to hear back from you to set up a meeting/viewing.
