Tara Has an Apartment

I'm a hermit, and you'll see me rarely or in passing. I'm VERY busy between going back to college and working. I do have a cat. She is 10 and is my emotional support animal. Pets are allowed at the apartment with pet deposit and rent. They can be very strict about it. My roommate is moving out at the end of November, and I would like to stay here. The current roommate works occasionally at home, so the desk in the living room would go with her. She also currently uses the majority of the closet space in the hall and by the front door. The rent is around 750 each, and utilities like pge, kamps, and xfinity are split equally. There isn't a washer dryer in the apartment, but there is an on-site laundry room. We would need to contact the apartment, and they would conduct a background and credit check before moving in. The lease offered is 6 months.
