Maria Has a House

We are a Lake Balboa couple looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, drama-free, responsible, and decent human beings, who love and adore cats (we have 2!). We have 2 rooms available beginning October 1st (shared bathroom). Utilities not included (electricity, water, sanitation, WiFi, and DirectTV). Street parking is available for 1 car per renter. The bedroom information is as follows: Bdrm 1: (13 x 11 1/2 x 8): $1050, $1050 first month + $1050 (last month) Bdrm 2 (11 1/2 x 10 x 8): $950, $950 first month + $950 (last month) Credit and background checks (no evictions or criminal record) will be conducted, as we want to make sure we all have a place to stay and have a peaceful environment. This lease is on a month-to-month basis. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40. If this sounds like you, let’s meet up! We look forward to meeting you! I am busy a professional (working, educator, and doctoral student), and my husband stays at home. We mind our own business, and will certainly stay out of yours so long as you do your part (i. e., pay rent on time, do not cause problems, and are responsible adults, etc.).
