Hello, I have a Private Bedroom with shared shower (only the shower is shared) in a 2-BR house with Utilities; Electric, Water, AC & high-speed Internet included. The house is located in a quiet, secured neighborhood 15-20 mins from Costco, Waikiki, 6 mins from the airport, 4 min from Safeway, Target, a shopping center and host of restaurants. House has Central Air Conditioning and shared areas are fully furnished with washer and dryer inside. Kitchen also has new appliances and a dishwasher. 1/2 Bath downstairs is yours and only the shower upstairs is shared (2 separate toilets and 3 sinks). I deep clean bi-weekly to ensure things remain sanitary & hygienic. I’m fairly minimalistic and like to keep my surroundings clean so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset. NOTE: EVERYTHING inside the room is LIKE-NEW (3 months of use), which include a mattress, mattress cover (new), bed frame, memory foam pillows (new), nightstand, lamp, mechanical desk, desk chair, wall shelves, curtains/rods, wall decors. There’s a closet inside the room and a huge walk-in closet beside it if it’s needed. Room is 13’x12’ with a queen size bed. Driveway and plenty of street parking is available in a secured environment.
