Duke University and Duke Health are a bike ride away (less than 3 miles). Built in 2022, the apartment is fully furnished and includes a new dishwasher, washer, and dryer. It's located within the fenced backyard of a family home (2 adults, 2 small dogs) in the historic Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood. Utilities (electricity and water) and WIFI are INCLUDED in the rent. You don't have to worry about other people in the apartment complex waking you up. There are no other apartments. You have the building to yourself! Note that this apartment was originally designed for one human. ** The bed is a FULL, not a queen or bigger. ** TV screens have been installed in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom for your enjoyment. Parking is available street side, below a street lamp, with direct access to the walkway leading to the apartment. Note that accessing the rental requires walking from the street, through the backyard, and up one flight of stairs. If you prefer to not have a car, you can securely store your bike under the apartment. There are also scooters in the neighborhood for getting around.
